Summer Gifts
Chrysanthemum & Goji Tea Recipe
Chrysanthemum clears the heat that rises through summer's long days — cooling and brightening, so the heart can stay open without scattering. Goji berries replenish the blood and yin that the warmth draws out, restoring what the season gently takes. Together, this is a simple and beautiful act of summer self-care.
With your first sip, let the heat soften. Imagine your heart open, luminous — full of summer and steady in its glow.
Chrysanthemum & Goji Tea 1/4 cup dried chrysanthemum flowers 1 tablespoon goji berries 2–4 fresh ginger slices (nickel-sized) Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Place everything in 4 cups of water and bring just to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow to steep, covered, for 10–15 minutes. Strain, add honey if using, and drink warm.
