In Cloud Ghost, we’ll connect with the essence of spring. Spring resonates with the liver system in Chinese medicine. Within the liver resides the Hún (魂) spirit, often translated as “cloud ghost.” The essence of cloud ghost is wonder—a quality needed to hear the call of your dreams. Cloud ghost also feeds the charge to move forward and the momentum to manifest.
Through four live online sessions on Tuesday evenings, I’ll guide you through practices to let go of the day’s worries, prepare for a good night’s sleep, and connect you with your inner life. We’ll create a space for your unbound creative self to wonder.
