During the consultation, Paige listens to your desires and provides self-care practices that promote restoration and vitality, custom to fit within the demands of your daily life. She shares a range of care practices including meditation, affirmations, acupressure therapy with essential oils, Chinese herbal medicine, restorative movement, and food recommendations.
