Unshakeable Determination: Winter Ritual Series for Self-Care and Direction

Join me for Unshakeable Determination, the third series in The Body Sublime, a live online retreat designed to connect you with the essence of winter. Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, this series honors the stillness of the season. Through stillness you connect with your true nature giving you direction and vitality. Over five Sundays, you’ll engage in reflective writing, essential oil acupressure, meditation, and gentle movement, all aimed at nourishing your kidney essence—considered the root of your vitality. Each session is an opportunity to slow down, nurture yourself, and cultivate clarity for the year ahead.

• This is a live online series. However all sessions will be recorded and sent out afterward, so don’t worry if you can’t attend a specific date live. Each ritual stands on its own, but you can deepen your experience by attending all five.
